Happy Laundry Parts accepts returns on refurbished and/or new parts within 21 days of item receipt.  We offer a full money back return in the case of dissatisfaction and an exchange in the event you purchased a board in error.  (e.g. 24v board purchased for a 120v application).  Buyer pays return shipping. 

Please call our staff and obtain a return authorization to streamline the process.  We rarely get returns so it helps us to keep a look out for your order..
